Our shop exists within our Discord. Members can view member perks, see server feature details, and open a shop ticket there.
Shop tickets give direct communication between the buyer, shop admins, and the owner. Inside a ticket, members can add a closed-loop store balance through secure card checkout, browse products, customize server items or creatures, add them to cart, and checkout when they have enough balance.
After checkout confirmation, most products are sent automatically and instantly. Some products require manual delivery by staff.
Auto delivery: Server creatures, in-game items, blueprints, saddles, and similar products.
Manual delivery: Shiny! server creatures, bag retrievals, traits, and similar products.
Store balance and digital products are usable only with BIG CHUNGUS LLC on BIG CHUNGUS GAMING servers. They have no cash value, are not transferable, are not withdrawable, and are not accepted by third parties.
BIG CHUNGUS GAMING does not operate gambling, sweepstakes, cash-prize contests, peer-to-peer money transmission, cryptocurrency, NFTs, or a third-party marketplace.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE REDEEMED IN-GAME. Refunds are available within the ticket if the product has not already been redeemed in-game. If the user has redeemed the purchase, they can still ask shop admins in the ticket. Approved store refunds are returned to the same closed-loop server balance without fees. Refunds to the original payment method are reviewed case by case by the owner.
BIG CHUNGUS LLC owns and operates the BIG CHUNGUS GAMING unofficial PvE server cluster where shop products are delivered. BIG CHUNGUS LLC does not sell products for third-party servers, does not process payments for other sellers, and does not operate a marketplace.
We do not sell cash equivalents, gift cards, prepaid cards, withdrawable balances, transferable credits, cryptocurrency, NFTs, loot boxes, randomized paid rewards, sweepstakes entries, gambling products, cash-prize contests, adult content, real-world weapons or firearms, controlled substances, financial services, or government services.
Store balance and delivered digital products are closed-loop, server-limited, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, not accepted by third parties, and usable only with BIG CHUNGUS LLC on BIG CHUNGUS GAMING servers.
